Attention to detail was good. The only thing would of been, the wavering of the charge, for the Saturday delivery charge. This is due to us both working full time and a mistake made on the order. It was only 10 pounds and we had spent more than expected in store.

Didn't get pounced on as soon as we walked in store. Amanda introduced herself in case we needed help but we were not presured. On telling her what we were looking for she immediately took us to the item and explained everything. Even got a cup of tea! Thank you

We were very impressed firstly by a young man (obviously a trainee or a student) who asked if he could be of assistance and when we said we were interested in looking at mattresses he introduced us to a senior salesman Angelo who he said would be better qualified to talk about mattresses. We were also offered a cup of coffee. Angelo then looked after us very well.

Amanda was polite,knowledgeable and friendly. She asked what we were interested in and showed items to us. Additional items were discussed and our wishes met without any hardware tactics.

The sales assistant was very friendly and approachable. She explained everything clearly and was very professional.

The salesman was very good and was a great help, he was able to answer any questions and queries that I had.

The lady who served us was extremely attentive (Pav). Upon arriving in the store she was very helpful and asked us if we required help without been too pushy and left us to have a look around. Given there was so much choice and our lack of knowledge, eventually we did require some assitance and guidance and her knowledge on the bases of the bed as well as the mattress was extremely good, but more importantly she advised how beneficial it would be for us to have the cover for base given it was on pistons and given the material of the base is crushed velvet and having cover was very important to me especially. We were also impressed by the fact that we could try the matress for a certain time and change if we were not satisfied and pay the difference. Having the interest free option was an added bonus. Our experience of going into Dreams was truly a dream (excuse the pun), we managed to purchase a bed without any stress and had the choice of when it could be delivered. My husband was extremely pleased that we had the option of having it assembled as well. I hope this feedback gets back to the lady who served us, she was a great help, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you.
