It took us over 1 hour to get to the store due to bad snow road conditions Jason the manager was locking up when we got there .However he opened back up put the lights back on and showed us around the store .He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all the beds on display 10/10 for customer service Jason a credit to the company

Angelo the store member who served me was very friendly and approachable, offering a good and very professional approach to the product range , wasn't pushy and gave me plenty of time to look around and make my own choice at my own time

The service I received from him was fantastic. He offered us a drink and guided us through the sale explaining everything, without being pushy and as a result we even bought 2 pillows for nearly £100 because we saw the benefits. We planned on buying a mattress for £400 and ended up with a brand new bed, mattress and pillows worth over £2000!. Very helpful and excellent service
