There wasn't any pressure put on me to buy. I was left to browse and advice was quickly on hand when I wanted it. A plus for me was that for a reasonable price my old bed and mattress would be collected on delivery of the new. The old would be dismantled for me and the new assembled.

Slim had time and patience with us when we were looking for a new bed. He did not try to up sale and we came out more than satisfied with the service he provided

On entering the store we were greeted by James who talked us through the different types of mattresses that were on display,with that knowledge it made it so much easier to choose the right one for my mother.

The staff were all very friendly but not overbearing, they left us to have a look at the products by ourselves before offering assistance. Amanda was very helpful and informative and was quick and efficient in dealing with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend.

Great knowledge was asked if we needed any help and was left to allow us to browse without being disturbed and approached when only when we needed some assistance which is nice because we didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything but also enough help if needed
