Plenty of choice in both beds and mattresses. Not under any pressure from sales team. This is how it should be done.

On our visit to store,Bentley Bridge we were greeted with upmost respect with no pressure selling,We believe we have a very well made product of which price & build are of very high quality,very pleased ,also may i had Slim the store manager done a very good job on selling us this product,many thanks Slim...We will soon be buying again.Cheers...

Jason gave excellent customer service from the moment we walked through the door. Made us felt at ease, not pressured, great listening and then showed us products that we had talked about. Took time to talk to our little girl and keep her occupied and generally fab service .

THE STAFF MEMBER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE. HE WAS ALSO VERY UNDERSTANDING TO OUR NEEDS. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACEOUS AND WE EVEN MANAGED TO HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE

The store manager 'Slim' looked after my parents of 85 and 87 in a very caring manner , moving mattresses around to enable my mother to try a bed out. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he had a good knowledge of the products available to suit.

The member of staff who looked after us (Slim) knew everything we needed to know with superb knowledge of the product.

We were very happy with the service we got from Amanda at the Bentleybridge Branch on 20.10.2017. She took the time to discuss our budget and needs with us which we really appreciated given we were on a strict budget and very indecisive too, but she was so patient and helpful. We thoroughly admire her customer service and value her sharing her own personal experience of the items we were choosing and we felt she could relate to us and our needs. We will definitely be back again as we have a three bedroom house to furnish, so we will be back for more beds soon :)

Excellent service from the salesman could not fault him

we had no idea what we wanted when we arrived. Pav, our assistant explained the difference between each mattress and made the decision easier for us. She left us for a while so we didn't feel pressure to buy. overall we were more than pleased with the outcome.
