Staff members Slim and Amanda were helpful and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and did not try to pressure us into purchasing more expensive options, but advised on the extras that would be appropriate ie bed cover and assembly.

The assistant James,was extremely helpful informative,nothing was too much trouble. He was there to support and guide us. Questions answered and product knowledge very good.
