The store was well stocked with good quality products, clean and an inviting atmosphere. Staff were very friendly especially Jason who dealt with us.

Very good service and helpful with our needs

The employee, Angelo validation code 914, was helpful, polite, respectful, very patient plus a sense of humour. I was not going to be his most biggest sale of the day but I was treated with as much respect as if I might have been.

The assistants were friendly, knowledgeable and interested in my needs. They were not pushy or intent on making a sale. They offered me a drink and helped me to the car with items. I made 3 visits to the store, seeing James 1st and 3rd visits and Jason the 2nd visit. Both were very helpful and did their best to satisfy our needs. I will definitely go back in the future. I have not received my new mattress yet, but I am confident that if there were any problems , which I don't expect, they will be dealt with happily.

We went to purchase a bed similar to the one we had previously slept on during our holidays . Angelo , our sales assistant was more than helpful guiding us through the different styles of beds and the pros and cons of them all, being as I have back problems . We spent a couple of hours trying different beds, Angelo made us two cups of coffee and we were not at all rushed. He listened carefully to our needs and had all the patience in the world as we asked for prices on different options . The whole experience was good from entering the store to our eventual purchase . I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone needing to buy a new bed.

Best advice given when selecting the correct mattress and bed for my requirements

Pav was very helpful. She explained the colour system in place and then left us to browse in peace and just checked in on us every now and again to see if we had any further questions for her.

We dealt with a very courteous member of your staff who was most helpful.

Your shop assistant (James) was very patient and took the time to explain in detail about the different types of mattresses and how long they would/should last for. He was very helpful. The shop was clean, tidy, well looked after and both the assistants I saw that day were professional and friendly.

the store assistant Jason was very helpful with my requirements he advised me what sort of mattress to have due to having arthritis in my lower back. he did the paperwork very quickly and professionally i would defiantly recommend the dreams store at Bentley bridge. well done.
