The customer service agent Angelo was particularly helpful. I explained my complex situation and needs and he was consistently mindful of this information when assisting me. All options were clearly outline to me in and clear and comprehensive manner, while remaining friendly and down to earth. I was assisted in the selection of a bed from start to finish and the whole process took over an hour to complete. I was aiming to walk away with an order that day and with the assistance I received, this was the case.

I explained to Angelo the sales assistant of my requirements for a new mattress. Having back problems I was looking for a firm mattress to give good support.Angelo described and advised the different qualities of a range of mattresses letting me try as many and to take as long as necessary. This gave me a really good idea as to which to choose. I finally chose the Ashridge divan set. I am really pleased as I feel I was given the right advice by Angelo which helped tremendously as there is so much choice. many thanks.

The store assistant knew exactly what we wanted and offered a number of options to us.

Initially visted the store on the 23rd of August to have a quick look. I was greeted by Angelo who was knowledgable and friendly. I left the store and returned on the 28th. Whilst I was selecting my purchase Angelo was serving another customer but he took the time to quickly advise me he will be over once he's done serving. I made my selection and Angelo returned to finalise the sale. I am now eagerly awaiting delivery of my new bed and looking forward to getting a good nights sleep.

The two colleagues in store we spoke to were extremely helpful and gave us plenty of information and time to choose the mattress best suited to our needs and pocket. They were friendly, efficient and not pushy.
