My overall experience was outstanding. All the staff were very welcoming and polite. The service I received from Amanda was exceptional, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me the best advice on my purchase.

One of the best customer service I've ever received. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The store manager sat with my toddler and entertained him while another colleague was processing my order, that was exceptional.

The store was nice and clean and well laid out, Angelo the sales person was very helpful and had a high level of knowledge of the product, he made us feel welcome and relaxed, he gave us some really helpful information and recommendations to assist in our choice of product, all this without the feeling of being put under pressure in anyway. Excellent, well done to all the store team for their friendly and professional approach during our visit.

the service was brilliant in every way on a previous visit we purchased another mattress for our caravan from the cannock branch but as we were away we were unable to fill out a suryey on that visit we spend £300 ish once again the service was brilliant.on this latest vist to bentley bridge we were attended to by amanda who was amazing with her information and people skills she made us very welcome and made time to chat with us as well

Visited store to purchase a new double bed.On arrival we were greeted by Angelo a very nice and approachable assistant. He explained all we needed to know before we were left to have a look round store. We then asked for all information we wanted , this was explained really well. We then went onto purchase and order a bed.Everything was very smoothly done ,explaining everything step by step. Very happy and know looking forward to receiving our new bed for a good nights sleep.This is a return purchase and would recommend to all friends and family and would recommend Angelo.

As soon as we entered the wednesfield store we were approached by Amanda who said hello and asked if we needed any assistance, we had a look around on our own firstly and Amanda overheard me saying I wouldn't like a spring bed again. She asked what kind of mattress we had, and after me saying it was a cheap spring mattress she explained that Dreams pocket sprung beds aren't the same as cheap spring beds. After finding that we both preferred medium firm she took us to a few beds and encouraged us to try with different pillows too. We concluded in purchasing the Hypnos mattress, which my partner loved that it was the same mattress the queen had!! The order process with her was so smooth and she explained its best to change our pillows so we went with the standard silent night for the cheaper price of £19.99. very happy with our purchase before it has even arrived as she gave us peace of mind and was so helpful.. a credit to your wednesfield team.
