Dreams - Wolverhampton

Amanda the sales representative approached us as we were browsing around the store asked if we required any help at that point we were happy to browse. Then we found a few mattresses we liked and approached Amanda to ask what the difference between them was which helped us decide on which mattress to purchase. Amanda was attentive friendly knowledgeable but not too pushy that she put us off making a purchase. We were very happy with our visit.

Amanda in the Bentley Bridge (Wolverhampton) store was very friendly and easy to chat to, she spent time assessing our requirements and suggested several mattresses for us to try, she even asked us what type of pillow we have at home to provide us with some similar when we tested each one out which made finding our perfect mattress even easier! She was knowledgeable and informative making suggestions without trying to sway us to purchase a more expensive product like so many other people had at other retailers. I left the store really happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Amanda/this store to my friends.

The Dreams Colleague who assisted us, Slim, was attentive, knowledgeable and polite and very eager to assist, all without being pushy

Angelo the sales person went above and beyond service. He was polite, friendly and went the extra mile to help us. My father-in-law who is disabled was well looked after and we were offered refreshments. Angelo is a credit to your company.

i love dreams beds and mattresses they are so comfy and can change them if your not entirely happy. the staff especially angelo couldnt do enough and he made a lively cup of coffee

I was served by Amanda who took the time to understand my requirements and when I had a query regarding information that I'd read on the internet she took the time to find the correct answer rather than fob me off which is what had happened in another dreams store earlier that morning
