The staff at the gently bridge store are all fantastic and very helpful. Anything they didn't know they could find out off another member of staff. The products in store were of fantastic value and I believe that the product I went in looking for was online stock only as it was a product completing with online retailers such as Simba and eve. I think that is an excellent idea but it would be a nice idea for the stores to have an example mattress that is only purcchasable online but can be tested ahead of purchase. Despite this I went out with a great mattress order and very satisfied with the service.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted by Amanda who very quickly after taking down our needs and requirements, was able to show us the items that we would benefit from. We have always shopped at Dreams with our last order 6 months ago totalling over £2,500, being the best money we have invested into our sleep. Amanda was very professional and had a very good understanding of the specification of different items.

Angelo was extremely helpful, and patient with my 86 year old mother, explaining the products and did not press her to make a decision

We were impressed by the store layout, the range of products, and in particular by the help given to us by the sales advisor Angelo. We could not fault the way in which he advised us on price and choice, and the personable way in which he allowed us time to evaluate the information he had given to us. In terms of salesmanship, 10 out of 10! We would also like to commend the assistant sales manager Jason, and the delivery team for their efficiency. In short, excellent all round.

Lots of choice, useful knowledge of sales staff and price discounts made the very important purchase of a new bed very straightforward for us.

The sales person Amanda was very knowledgeable. She explained the full range of your products and the pros and cons of the different types of mattresses. She was very friendly and did not seem to be in a rush, resulting in a first class service.

Angelo looked after me from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the door. I already know Dreams provides quality products, which is why I choose it over others, but Angelo made it extra special this time.

Spending so much money can be a bit daunting but Amanda and her colleagues took the time to listen to what we needed and point us in the right direction. I never felt part of a 'hard sell' and instead her helpful advice made making my ultimate decision easier. I was given time and space to make a decision, offered a brew (which is always nice) and given/shown useful information when I needed it. All on all a positive experience.

First Angelo was a parson who welcomed as at the beginning and answered on every question we had. Then Jason finished the order in very good manner showing massive knowledge of dreams products and services which helped us to decide. We're very happy we choose Dreams and we'll come back soon for more.
