The salesman, Angelo, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to make us aware of everything to do with our purchase and the Dreams policies. We made two visits and he was there both times and we never feel pressured to buy any add-ons, just really well informed. He's quite a funny guy as well and spoke to us in normal conversations as well as about the purchase we were making. Probably one of the most informative, yet least boring salesmans and it was a pleasure to talk to him: a real nice guy. We hope he doesn't miss his grandkids too much and hope he enjoys his trip to Cyprus later on the year. Thanks Angelo for all your help.

Because the staff are attentive, helpful but not pushy. There is a good range & the staff have a good knowledge of what they are selling.

we arrived at the store a little before opening time the assistant opened a little before 10.00 we were then offered coffee and jason could not have been more helpful explained the the mattress springs and everything else that we needed to know top class help

Staff very friendly competitive prices and very helpful as far as delivery concerned.

The salesman came over to us and explained the colour coding on the beds & mattresses we were looking at. Kept popping back to see if we were ok did we want tea or coffee & we felt relaxed enough to ask questions & at no time did we feel pressurised into anything. Very pleasant and knowledgable.

The sales manager was experienced and assisted us choose bed and mattress.
