The purchase was extremely easy. The assistant (Angelo) was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the advantages of the product I was purchasing. I was given various choices and allowed sufficient time to make my mid up. I didn't feel rushed at all. All of the staff were friendly and it was a pleasure. The delivery time was also great in that I was allowed to choose the date I wanted the bed delivered at a time to suit me. I would certainly use this store again and would have no hesitation in recommending buying Dreams products to family and friends.

no pressure from staff but were very helpful when asking questions and showing the products to you.also asking if you would like a drink and time to think about it .

The friendliness and knowledge of the staff. The store was very clean and large amount of beds to find the one we required. We were made to feel very welcome offered a drink several times. We were not rushed or pushed into anything we didn't require.

although shop was closed jason saw i was interested let me in and enabled me to do purchase, was patience, asssited with colours, showed how sofa bed operated and gave up his own time to help me. explained everything patiently and is a CREDIT to your store, from his handling of his purchase would ensure i passed on all leads to him at the store. He allowed me to take sample book and I bought back the net morning at opening times. He made me feel comfortable, was patient, understanding and answered all questions. would recommend to colleagues, friends and customers

We have previously bought a single mattress for our son from this store which we were really pleased with. We wanted another single mattress for our other son and the manager helpfully checked our records so that we could order the same again.

Member of staff was friendly and had time to understand my needs with regard to the mattress, being bale to advise me about the products and prices.

Both Amanda and Jason where extremely polite and helpful nothing was to much trouble they are a credit to the company
