Amanda at the Bentley bridge store was really helpful and very knowledgeable would have no problem with returning to the store.

The Customer Sales Assistant, Jason, listened carefully to my individual needs and preferences and spent time with me explaining about the mattresses and beds and seemed to be generally keen to find exactly what I was looking for. I did not feel rushed and was given tea while I was trying the different mattresses and selecting the bed I wanted and was given another cup of tea while he put the order through on the computer. I'm a person that appreciates technical information and clear explanations and Jason was very knowledgable, which I appreciated. I was pleased with the discount that he applied to my order. The customer service at Dreams made me feel like an individual which is something I value.

I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH OUR SALES PERSON HE HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT AND WHEN WE EXPLAINED THAT IT WAS FOR OUR DAUGHTER HE ADVISED US ON THE BEST PRODUCT THAT HE THOUGHT SHE MIGHT LIKE. OUR DAUGHTER WAS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE PURCHASE BUT WHEN SHE SAW IT SHE WAS OVER THE MOON.

Was approached by a friendly staff member and asked if we needed help/wanted a drink whilst we looked around. Good selection of products and all neatly set out in a logical order which was fully explained how which colour represents which bed in relation to the type and firmness.

The staff for very friendly, efficient and down to earth. A member of staff nicknamed Slim got straight to the point as was very helpful.

The main reason for the high satification level was mainly due to the sales assistant Amanda. She was very helpful and helped us feel at ease. It was a great experience due to her professional and helpful manner.

This is my second bed purchase in the last 12 months. Received such excellent service first time with Dreams, had no hesitation in ordering for the second time. Delivery 100 miles away from store to my new home in Wales no problem

Angelo at the store at Wednesfield's Bentley Bridge was highly knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate all the differences of the mattresses / beds. He gave us time to try out all the types of mattresses, enabling us to choose the right one to suit our needs. I found the staff to be welcoming and friendly. We found it a great pleasure in all the shopping experience. The date of delivery is going to be quick and a date that suited us. I cannot express more highly the pleasure we had in being able to choose our next bed or to recommend the store to others. Thank you for employing such lovely staff, especially Angelo.
