Really quick, efficient and friendly. Spoke to Pav and Slim on two separate days and they were really helpful.

Clean and bright store. Friendly and welcoming staff who were helpful but not overwhelming. Staff knowledgeable about products and suggested different items to suit my needs.

Our assistant, Angelo, came and asked whether we needed help when he saw us looking at the mattresses. He asked if we would like a drink (which was very welcome as we had been at hospital) while we looked at the various mattresses. While he was checking availability and prices he gave us plenty of time to test mattresses and discuss between ourselves which we preferred. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase. When dealing with the order he explained everything clearly and made sure we understood price promise, delivery and collection and comfort exchange. He was friendly and efficient

The member of staff who served us was excellent & gave great advise into the products. We were concerned that it was going to be hard sell methods but he definitely wasn't.

THE ASSISTANT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HE ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED US TO TRY THE BEDS OUT FOR COMFORT AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT GRADES OF MATTRESSES AND THE PRICING BREAKDOWN FOR EACH BED. HE TALKED US THROUGH THE VARIOUS OPTIONS WITHOUT ANY FORM OF PRESSURE SALES, EXCELLENT.

The knowledge and helpfulness of all the staff at the store was excellent and made us feel at ease without the sales pressure allowing us to make an informed decision and whilst remaining professional had a laugh with us which is what we want in a shopping experience.

Angelo the sales assistant was excellent, very proffessional, lovely and friendly, very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him, will certainly spread the word, would not hesitate to go back there.
