Great customer service . Friendly and very helpful staff.

We were looked after very well and are satisfied with the service.

When we walked in we were welcomed and asked if we needed any assistance.we were looking to purchase a bed for my mum in her 70's.the lady was very friendly,knowledgeable and considerate to my mums needs.asked if wanted a drink and offered a seat.went through options types of mattress etc.we then found out Adrianne was in her second week of training which made it all the more impressive.her colleague James checked everything through,we could not have been more pleased with the experience.also my mum tried the bed with pillows to ensure it was what she was looking for

Absolutely superb service. This is the 2nd time in 12 months we have used this store .on both occasions outstanding service .wouldn't go anywhere else .as nothing is to much trouble for assistants so welcoming .well done dreams

Above and beyond Service from Jason. Could not do enough , tea + coffee , different pillows to try , Created time for us by occupying our children. Entertained our children like a professional (might hire him for our nights out) Overall Top Quality Service.

This is the second time in the space of 3 months that we purchased from Dreams Store in Wolverhampton, but the first time I have provided feedback. The staff member who served us on each occasion (namely Pav) was very friendly, engaging, immediately available to assist, and knowledgeable about the products as we had searched online first and had an idea of what we wanted. Other staff members were also very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to return again to this store. I thought it right and proper to provide feedback on this occasion to ensure those assisting are given the accolades they deserve.

You pay for what you get so if you won't a good night sleep you have got to pay for a good matterisrt

Angelo who dealt with the order was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. He went out his way to offer a great service and was very impressed, would recommend him and the store in Bentley bridge. Angelo didn't push the sale on us and allow us to have time to think and return very impressed
