My visit to Dreams store was very good very welcoming on entering the Store but Hollie the assistance.she was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed also made a drink for myself and son-in-law, very thoughtful and helpful. Bobby helped us to choose bed that I was looking for my son. Bobby explained the best mattress that was available and went around the store to show different beds that were available. I had no issues placing the order mainly due to the service given by Bobby.

the assistant was knowledgeable about the beds and what we were after pacticularly using the bed that assessed what your requirements were, I must admit i was skeptical before using it, but changed my mind after it fine tuned our choice to the type of mattress we were after. The assistant was helpful and cheerful in her dealings with us which meant we had a good customer experience.

Salesman was professional showed me the items I wanted, listened, showed me the difference in mattresses, why some were more expensive. Described the advantages, we still bought the a 5ft Tempur even though there were other products similar and less expensive. But the advantages of the tempur was worth the extra money. Took his time for us to try the different mattresses and was very friendly and patient. All round brilliant service. Paperwork was done smoothly and delivery organised, and removal of old mattress. Mattress cane on the 18th September, just had one of the best sleeps in a long while. Hence the long message. Well done all round, and money well spent even though I spent 2k+ for just a mattress, was all worth it.

Bobby very patient. Understood my elderly mother's needs. Listened to what she was looking for instead of pushing a sale on her. Very pleased at how he understood and remained calm. Took time to show other products.
