The gentleman who assisted me, to find the right pillow for me was James, such a pleasant and friendly assistant. Talked through all the pillows they had in the store.

The sales assistant was very helpful and answers all the questions I asked him. He was very patient with us and gave us time to look around. His name was Angelo. There was more range at Wolverhampton.

The Advisor took me straight to the products we were interested in - sofa beds; demonstrated how the product worked; offered us a drink and looked up a product to show us on screen that wasn't available in the store
