Assistance provided in store by Pavandeep was very well received, product knowledge was excellent, and time spent listening to our requirements was well appreciated. Only slight disappointment was the time we were quoted for delivery of the items we ordered (several weeks).

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady called Pav. She was very professional and most helpful in helping me choose a wonderful bed plus accessories. I felt very comfortable in her presence as she was very friendlyexplained everything I needed to know and she was very patient . Came out of the store very satisfied with my purchase. Will deffinately shop there again

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at ease by the staff and every question we asked was answered clearly. No sales pressure was applied and we were helped and advised by Angelo throughout our visit by friendly advice where needed. This made bying a new bed a very pleasureable expierience. All in all the best customer service we have ever recieved anywhere.

Jason opened early for us as he was expecting a delivery. He talked us through all the options and even made us a cup of tea. He was great with my mum who has dementia and very patient

I didn't go to Dreams to purchase a bed. I went to try and locate a specific mattress and look at bed frames in general. The assistant Pav, was more than very helpful. I do tend to come over quite harsh when in a situation I don't want to be ( i.e. Shopping for beds ) but this completely washed over Pav and she soon put my wife and myself at complete ease. We explained specifically what we wanted and she showed us 3 versions. We purchased the mattress we wanted and a divan bed base to suit. Pav also explained the benefits of the Bedcover warranty that she also sold to us. I wouldn't of purchased that normally but the cost v benefits were well explained.

The staff at the Bentley Bridge branch were very helpful, in particular Jason and Slim. Although it was notable that ALL staff were more than welcoming and polite. However, the two staff members mentioned above went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction, and providing beverages. Jason in particular was very patient and helpful when talking through each of the beds available. Slim ensured a great deal was provided. They are very friendly staff! In comparison to other Dreams stores I would highly reccomend the Bentley Bridge branch. Most definately will be returning in the near future!
