We have dealt with Dreams before and had no reason NOT to return. The colleague who dealt with us (Pav) was both knowledgeable and efficient whilst being friendly and understanding of our sleep issues. Admittedly, my wife and and I were, generally, the only shoppers in the store at the time but I felt that this lady's attitude would have been much the same had there been a queue!Whilst we were (expectedly!) offered several 'bargains' in relation to our purchase, none were 'force fed'. Partly due to Pav's retail attitude we eventually chose to accept a couple of these, anyway! I am an ex retail manager, myself and am fully au fait with the more successful methods of closing a sale. After a bad experience recently with a rival bed store this experience was a pleasure, the sales staff are very friendly and professional from the minute we stepped into the Bentley bridge store we was made to feel welcome with a coffee straight away nice after sitting in traffic. Angelo helped us through all the options and with his knowledge helped find us our perfect bed(s) Like many customers I guess we find bed shopping particularly hard so many choices so many varieties and prices Angelo made the whole experience a pleasure from beginning to end. We made our purchases and was amazed to hear we can have our new beds delivered in just over 1 week. thankyou dreams for restoring our faith in bed shopping we won't hesitate to use dreams again
