Dreams - Wolverhampton

Whilst shopping at Bentley Bridge ,Shopping Area, Wolverhampton a few months ago I had a very nasty fall and injured my arm. As I lay on the road and passing traffic just missing me, one of the staff of your store came running across to me with chair for me to regain my composure. His name is James and he was very helpful. I am now full recovered from the injury. Recently my wife and I were discussing the need for a new bed. We both thought that if the staff at Dreams store were as helpful in helping us get a new bed as James was in helping me, then that is where we will get the new bed. So we have done. Thanks to all involved.

We visited with our three kids, 10, 9 and 2. So for us the visit had to be quick and productive, we did not want to have to look elsewhere or have a long wait. Fortunately, the staff were excellent and kept the kids entertained while we could ask questions about our product needs. These were exceeded and I'm happy to say our visit was successful. Thanks to the staff and to specifically to Angelo who has looked after us during a previous purchase. Well Done Dreams!

The colleague I dealt with, Angelo, was excellent. Offered tea/coffee, and threw in some free pillows, which was great, but the important thing for me is that he made himself available without being intrusive or pushy. As someone who's worked in customer service for 3 years, I know what good service looks like, and that's what I received.

Very pleasant staff. Friendly and helpful. I was able to find the product I wanted that would match my room. I would return again if I needed someting. Store was easy to find, clean. Well set out. I hope that the delivery and set up of the products is as satisfactory. Thank you.

Came into store not really knowing what we wanted at all. Pav was extremely helpful talked to us about the benefits of each product she spent 2 hours assisting us in finding the right bed and mattress she explained everything very well and was very polite, she offered us several drinks

We asked for assistance and received it im mediate lying from Angelo. He was knowledgeable about the type of mattress we wanted and listened to how much we could afford. He was helpful whilst making the booking and purchasing procedure quick and efficiently. He highlighted numbers and data we may need if a problem arose with the mattress we had purchased. Angelo was efficient, knowegable and professional at all times, but was friendly as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and Angelo to friends and family. The instore service was excellent.
