Dreams - Wolverhampton

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by the salesman, offered help and left to browse products. We were also offered refreshments while browsing. We asked for assistance regarding the Tempur mattresses. The salesman proceeded to demonstrate all of the different types of Tempur mattresses in store. He was very knowledgeable and demonstrated a passion for the quality of product in the store.

Angelo was helpful and efficient. He even made us a cup of coffee which we found most welcome. The variety of prices and products available was very good

The assistant, Angelo, was brilliant, he made us welcome as soon as we walked in, gave us information on the price structure/colour codes, then left us to browse. He was literally at our beck and call, and nothing was too much trouble. We were only "looking" today, but due to his excellent customer service and knowledge, we purchased a new bed. Angelo and James were both very helpful in all aspects of our shopping experience, well done to them both.

Friendliness of staff, product knowledge. Did not feel pressurized to make a quick decision. Staff listened to what I wanted and were able to show me products that fulfilled my criteria.

Sharon was very knowledgeable about the mattresses we enquirer about. She was very helpful without being pushy and we would definitely come back to Dreams in the future.

We were warmly greeted in store and offered a drink. WE explained we were shopping for new mattress and we were efficiently briefed on the different types available. We were then left to browse - a good thing - before Sharon helped us with our queries and then placed our order. All very friendly and efficient. We are currently planning to re-furnish two bedrooms and will be back as we spotted some very nice items in the store. The experience we had on Saturday 4th March in means we will be back!
