Customer service was excellent. Sharon was knowledgable and after explaining what I was looking forward she took me to 1 bed which was a little over my budget. As soon as I said this, however she took me to the bed I ended up purchasing. She was also very patient with me as I needed to call my partner to discuss and decide. She brought me a cup of tea and recommended a fantastic pillow.

I was greeted by James at the Dreams store at Bentley Bridge. He was very helpful and assisted to what I was looking for. I returned a few days later and placed my order. I was assisted by Slim the Store Manager who was very helpful and assisted to all my needs. I completed my order and he assisted to get me the right delivery date and reassured me with any concerns and questions that I asked. Very please with my purchase and looking forward to getting my beds. Highly recommend Dreams!!

Two gents James and Slim , assisted by manager Jason. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease as I was given time and space before being welcomed to Dreams. After a brief consultation to find my needs and desires, Jason offered me a choice of several drinks , I accepted a beautiful cup of Earl grey. It's a very rare thing these days to be offered such a quality cup of tea ( I can't even get my friends to buy it). After being given more time and space and several types of pillow's to try with each different mattress, I made a choice, which was surprising as I didn't intend to buy on this visit as this was a spare room mattress. My bigger purchase is yet to come . I will be returning to these wonderful men of Wolverhampton . First Class tea.......to go with..... First Class service........ Hat's off to you all ....
