FROM OUR FIRST ENTRY THROUGH THE DOOR OUR ASSISTANT JASON WAS VERY HELPFUL. WE EXPLAINED MY HUSBANDS CONDITION AND NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE. IT HAD BEEN SEVERAL YEARS SINCE WE LAST PURCHASED A COMPLETE BED. THE ASSISTANT GUIDED MY HUSBAND TO EIGHT DIFFERENT BEDS AND WE BOTH FELT THAT HE GAVE US THE TIME TO CONSIDER OUR OPTIONS. THE STORE WAS WELL LAID OUT, CLEAN AND TIDY. WE WERE NOT RUSHED WHICH IS QUITE NICE IN THIS DAY AND AGE, SHOWS THAT THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR STORE TO ANY OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

It was second time we were shopping in Dreams. The store staff is amazing. I have ended up in situation where my little girl needed urgently to go to the toilet and unless you have not got that facility the number of staff very fast and politely let her go to one of yours. In that case we could carry on shopping and it reduced our stress. The stock was clearly visible and staff knowledge of the products is very good. I can compare to Bensons for beds where we had to spend 30-40 min just trying to help their member of staff with computer as she couldn't do the simple tasks and kids got tired and warm. Dreams was so much difference. The delivery date was perfectly suitable. Also, there are no delivery charges which means that we will be back again soon.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a mattress suitable for our needs. She was also very patient and friendly. She reassured us that if the product was not suitable within 40 days of trial we could exchange for another mattress. The whole experience was pleasant and easy
