Angelo (colleague who assisted me) was very helpful and approachable throughout. He offered his assistance when I entered the store and answered all questions I had about a particular bed. His knowledge on the product was vast and his friendly manner allowed me to feel comfortable in asking questions. During transaction, the computer malfunctioned and caused the process to be quite lengthy and time consuming however Angelo resolved the issue as timely as he could whilst remaining professional and friendly. Angelo read through all paperwork with me to make sure I was happy with everything. He also made me a cup of tea whilst I was looking at the different beds. Overall very happy with customer service and product. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to a friend.

Given tape measure when I requested one, the information given to us regarding mattress types and prices, overall helpfulness, and attitude of all staff.

The sales staff were lovely and very understanding. Our last bed frame has just broke so in need of a new one. Pav was a lovely lady helped us lots to find the right bed frame.

I had phoned the Store to check availability of the bed I wished to purchase. Although the Valencia with guest bed was not available in-store, Sharon told me they had a headboard that I could look at in order to gauge the quality and the colour . As soon as I walked in to the Store, I was greeted by a very friendly and smiling Sharon. We introduced ourselves and straight away Sharon showed me what I had come to see. She was lovely with both my grandchildren too when they were picking the mattresses they wanted. As we were leaving, Sharon produced a sweetie tin . . . I do love Wine Gums! Altogether, a very pleasant shopping experience and I will recommend Sharon and this Store to my family and friends.
