Assistance and advice offered straight away, offered a drink whilst we browsed and didn't feel pressured was allowed to look at our leisure with assistance given when needed.

Angelo gave us all the information we needed, but did not hassle us, leaving us to take our time to try all the mattresses and make our decision. The coffee was really a lovely welcomimg gesture

The moment we entered the store we were approached by the salesman, who explained the product layout, then left us to wander and try the products at will. When I needed an answer to an inquiry, he was readily available, but never "in my face" or "hovering. When making the purchase at his desk he was friendly, but not over zealous, and very interesting to have a chat with. Angelo, (the salesman), was in fact, in my opinion, one of the most professional and likable guys I have come across in a very long time, so thanks for the experience. Overall, a painless and enjoyable purchase, and how it should be!
