Angelo the staff member was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the bed we bought, he was very polite and I couldn’t ask for anymore from an assistant in any store, give this guy a promotion he deserves it.

When we arrived in store we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help then they would be happy to help. We knew we wanted two beds a double and a single. We were then put on the sleep match to make sure we got the correct mattress. We were given the right advice and we came away after buying the beds feeling like we had been given the correct advice.

We were very impressed with Hollie who helped us successfully choose a mattress that was suitable for both of us. By using the Sleepmaster mattress tester she was able to have an insight into our mattress needs. Overall the service and assistance we received was great, the date of the delivery for our new mattress very quick and we shall defintely will be returning to dreams in the future.
