Because I knew I wanted a new bed and had been to a few shops but did not understand the difference of all the price ranges for the different beds. I wanted the best bed for me for comfort. Angelo who served me took his time to explain and show me a variety of beds. I phoned my daughter who came over and he explained to her too so between us I think we have chosen the right bed for me. Really looking forward to it arriving on the 3rd of Feb!

I would personally like to thank Sharon at your Bentley bridge store who assisted in the purchase of a new bed and mirror. Not only was Sharon helpful and easily approachable, she was polite and knowledgable also. None of my questions were unanswered. Angelo her collegue was a pleasure to talk to also (thank you for the time you took to wrap our mirror). I would recommened to friends and family on these 2 members of staff alone. Great assets to your company.

The staff were very helpful and friendly( I was even offered a cup of tea or coffee,which was very welcome as it was a very cold day ) After much searching the store and your website,I was satisfied I had found what I wanted the perchase and delivery date all went smoothly.

Jason was very helpful, he remembered us from our previous visit last year. His knowledge of the products was outstanding and here offered us a variety of options in order for us to make an informed decision and to meet our requirements. I would not hesitate to encourage friends and family to visit the store

We are considering purchasing a mattress and new pillows as each morning my husband wakes with an ache on one side. After many tests nothing can be found. We have had our mattress a couple of years and figured it may be that. Angelo spent lots of time discussing options and about the guarantees etc, we however felt that spending £1700 if it didn't help with his pain then it may well be money spent. We have purchased the pillows we used this morning as we found them really comfortable and will be trying Hypnos bed on Friday evening before making a decision probably next weekend. There was no pressure just really informative information

I was given choice of several products but downside only high price products

We were assisted very nicely by Angelo. He was attentive without being pushy and extremely helpful. My wife has mobility problems and he was very friendly, considerate and patient.
