I was very pleased with the professional and courteous service of the person supporting me to make my selections. Salespersons were not pushy, allowing me time to browse at my leisure. Offers of hot drinks were welcome (it was December).

We are returning customers to Dreams and have always found that your products are quality and made to a high standard.

Welcomed by a member of staff on arrival. after giving advice we were allowed time to browse before making a decision.

The team were friendly and helpful. There was a choice of beds at various price ranges and firmness rating.

Our assistant Angelo was very friendly and highly knowledgable

Nicely greeted and given tea and coffee. Our young daughter happily played with dolls on the beds and made the experience a nice one - thank you all x

I found the assistant very helpful. He gave me time to have a think, wasn't pushy. Explained the different mattresses throughly. Most important he gave me time to have a think and to lie on the beds. I found the sales assistant (Angelo) very good and friendly in his approach.

I was very pleased with the immediate attention provided by Angelo ( validation code 914). I was shown a product meeting all my requirements very quickly and with no pressure. I was very pleased that the mattress was a free delivery and that my old mattress could be removed during the delivery of the new one.
