the manager was very polite and very helpful

we were not hassled on arrival, I approached a sales person called ANGELO, he showed me the item I was looking for, explained everything we asked about and showed us all the different, types of bed, through this help we purchased exactly what we came in for, the sales person ANGELO was one of the best and helpful salesman I have ever dealt with, not pushy and overbearing like you get in most cases, well done dreams, 100% satisfied with my experience.

The attention and help we were given was very good, and the product knowledge was excellent.

The sales guy angelo knew his stuff and directed us straight the the mattress he thought we would like. From our reaction he found us the right mattress very quickly from the good and variable range that was in store. All in all very good experience and angelo could not do enough to make us feel comfortable

Friendly member of staff served us made us feel very welcome (not pushy at all). They offered us a beverage on arrival, then left us alone while we decided on our purchase. When we finally decided she explained in detail about the product and offered us insurance which we was happy to accept. I would recommend to my Family and Freinds ....

Staff were really helpful. Took time to let us browse and try bed out.

Customer service was absolutely faultless from both Sharon and Angelo - got a great deal on our bed and would definitely make further purchases with Dreams in the future.

The assistant was was very helpful, knowledgeable, did not push me into a sale and put me the right direction for what I wanted.
