The staff we very helpful as we r both disabled and I use a wheelchair and the gave good information on the products.

The gentleman called Slim who served us was so charming and efficient, it was a pleasure to shop there.

We was seen to by a few members of staff that were very friendly and explained what we was looking for we was offered drinks. And although they was busy when we visited we didn't feel rushed. Slim completed our order and was very professional told us we could call him if we have further questions that we did not ask on the day.

Staff where friendly and helpful, always asking you to see if your okay. Staff where very approachable to approach when needing assistance. Also the discounts which were applied on the items which we purchased was really good especially free delivery which is a bonus.

We were given help when asked but left alone when we needed time to think about a purchase

The gentleman called Slim was so very helpful and put us at ease straight away, he was very knowledgable about the sofa bed we purchased, we would highly recommend Dreams.
