Sharon welcomed us , talked through what we wanted ,showed us different beds and recommended a mattress to fit my needs and complement the bed I chose.

We walked it. Saw instantly the bed of our dreams, spoke to Sharon who said they the sold the exact mattress we were also after. Placed and paid for it immediately and delivery coming in less than 2 weeks and didn't take long than 20mins. She went through everything and really knew her stuff. Have and will continue to recommend not only dreams but also Sharon as a sales assistant.

James was an extremely personable guy made me feel comfortable and advised me or the options I had. I work for a bank in customer service and would be pleased to have him as a member of the team and he is a credit to dreams. When it came to the payment details he explained thoroughly the options and was able to navigate through the new system with ease. Thanks to the team for an enjoyable visit and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I was given a cup of coffee by a very nice staff member. The beds appear to be good quality and the staff knowledgeable and understanding.
