We had the various alternatives explained to us in a very friendly and helpful way.

Well laid out with different colour scemes for quality and price description.

I was in store with my 9 year old daughter and was greeted when I entered but was never pressured into anything. I was left to look at items. I was after a specific mattress and the assistant named James went to find the mattress I was after. Not once did I feel pressured and he also made a fuss of my daughter which she loved. It never felt like I was been upsold at all.

Knowledgable staff that understood my needs and met them with high expectations.

Although the particular colour of the item I was interested in was not on display the salesman ( Jason ) collected and item from another store for me to view.

Sharon greeted me when I walked into the shop & helped me find the mattress that fitted in with my price & requirements. She was friendly & I felt she was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. Sharon made me feel comfortable about trying the different mattresses as I felt a little embarrassed lying on the beds. I feel that if she hadn't taken the time & care with me I wouldn't have bought the mattress. She is an asset to your company.

Highly satisfied with things so far. I think a survey needs to be done at some time after delivery and time to give a informed view.
