Served by a lovely man named Jason very helpful, changed the delivery date as I had forgot we were going out.

I was made welcome on immediate entry into the store and was given the time and space to browse. When I decided on the product I was interested in, the sales assistant had the product knowledge to answer my questions and I was then able to make an informed decision.

As soon as I entered I was kindly greeted by a man called Jason from Bentley bridge store who stayed with us to assist us throughout the whole visit also he not only helped me find the perfect mattress for me but he allowed us to take our time and show us all the different mattresses and gave us lots of useful information. He also offered us tea coffee and sweets. Better yet at the end of our visit Jason helped me carry my pillows to my car. Very happy with the whole experience. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

Excellent Service from start to finish 😬😬😬 Me and my Hubby both was very impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of sales assistant. From a warm welcome at the wolverhampton bentley bridge store on monday evening 17/10/16. We were not pushed to buy any choice of matters Slim asked us what we liked and showed us loads of mattresses so we could find the best one for us. and all staff and Slim was very helpful and knowledgeable with all the beds and mattress. Overall we had an excellent experience brill with us and my Daughter loved sitting and lying on all the beds 😬 She had great FUN LOL...... 💯 % recommend to family and friends .... Can't wait for our new bed to arrive...........

Excellent customer service by Jason(assistant manager)... I was worried when I came into store but Jason made me and my friend feel at ease. The service was quick and all my answers were answered... everything was explained clearly. I will definitely be recommending Dreams to both family and friends... infact a few of my friends have already made purchases. Well done dreams..

I went in store looking for single bed did not know where to start and the help from staff took me straight to what i was looking for
