We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door, no pressure was put on us to chose a certain product. we were listened to and our questions answered fully in a totally professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly way. We were made to feel that our visit was important and nothing was too much trouble. The gentleman who dealt with us was named James and he was brilliant.

OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS ANGELO AND WE FOUND HIM TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DURING OUR TIME IN THE STORE. WE WERE ALLOWED TO TEST OUT THE VARIOUS TEMPUR MATTRESSES WHILE WE WERE THERE AND HE GAVE US THE TIME TO CONSIDER OUR PURCHASE CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMITTING ON WHICH ONE TO BUY.

We were very satisfied with our experience at dreams Jason was very informative and helpful, we always buy from dreams and always recommend to family and friends.

Jason ,the salesman was very knowledgable and had the time to spend with us to help with all our needs. He was also very professional and introduced us to his mañana gear (Slim) who also helped immensely. Overall we were extremely impressed with the service given.

My presence in store quickly acknowledged and l was assisted by a very pleasant man (James) who was extremely helpful in determining which product was suitable for me to manage, ie lifting etc. as my age limits me somewhat. I was very pleased to meet him and came away feeling highly satisfied with the product l purchased.

Visited Dreams, Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton. Greeted by Jason who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but then most importantly, left us alone to browse and decide. I can't emphasise how important this is, I hate being followed round a store or constantly pressured, but didn't get this at all from Jason. Handed us over to Slim to complete the transaction who was also brilliant. Great visit to the store, on top of superb value for money. Wouldn't hesitate on recommending or visiting again.

I had brought bed from this branch previously and the staff remembered me and greeted me on arrival although I purchased this bed via her colleague. The staff were very attentive to me needs and offered me and my partner beverages. Nothing was too much trouble. I have also purchased from the Sheldon store and found the staff there to be untruthful, unhelpful to to promise items which I still have not received several months later. Had this been my initial experience of acDreams store I would never purchase anything from the Dreams Company

I was greated by Sharon just after I walked in the store, but I didn't feel like I had been pounced on. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and took time to talk to me about what I was looking for and seemed to genuinely want to help. I never felt under pressure to buy something, that sort of atmosphere makes me walk out a shop straight away. I felt I was able to easily walk away, have a think and get some advise from my parents (I have neber bought a mattress before )before I made my purchase. This was key to me coming back and making my order. Sharon also helped me with postage and trying to line my instore order up with my online
