The sales assistant was very helpful and curteous. He explained everything in detail, especially what to do should i encounter a problem with my purchase.

I was served by James. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the products. He helped me order the mattress I wanted and also talked me through delivery options and extra items I might want. I brought some of those as well which I wouldn't have done beforehand.

the two staff members, our assistant was Sharon, were great. nothing was too much trouble. both a credit to Dreams

that we were allowed to walk around without being hassled, offered a drink as soon as we entered the dreams show room. the salesmen were easy to talk too, very helpful explaining were everything came from. very satisfied all round :)))

Very friendly fast and efficient service

There was a friendly atmosphere in the store. The salesman "Angelo" was very helpful atmosphere no knowledgeable and didn't rush or pressure us into buying a product. We even got offered a tea/coffee which we was really happy about. We felt at ease whilst trying to decide on which bed to choose. Overall it was a pleasurable experience and will definitely return if we ever need another bed or mattress etc.

Was served by the assistant manager sanj, his professionalism was impressive along with product knowledge. He was not pushy and gave us lots of advice on what we were looking for, he made us a drink and gave us time to make our decision as to which bed and mattress we would like to purchase. the only problem with the store was that from the outside it does look as if it is closed due to lighting.

The service received from Angelo was outstanding, he is an asset to the company. He was attentive, yet gave us space to browse without pressure. He has excellent knowledge of the product and additional extras that we purchased. He was friendly, approachable and professional throughout.

I visited your Bentley Bridge store & was looked after superbly by Angelo. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and makes a great cup of tea. First class customer service
