Walked in store told him the bed i wonted then could'nt find wat mattress i needed so the nice gentle showed which ones was the best n ones that would fit my daughters small double bed was very quick aswell great service

The staff were friendly informative and very helpful. We successfully purchased a bed that we are extremely satisfied with.

The attitude,knowledge and experience of the assistant manager who dealt with me was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and time was taken to explain how products differed and price packages put together. There was a sense of team work evident in the store and everyone had a friendly disposition.

The staff were very helpful without being 'pushy'. We were given plenty of time to consider all potential options and make our own decision. Where we had any questions or concerns these were answered speedily and with obvious good product knowledge. Delivery cost is quite reasonable and, due to Dreams large stock availability, can be completed in a more than acceptable time frame.

The staff were welcoming from the start but allowed us to browse unaided which I prefer. From the moment I began asking questions and showing an interest the store manager was extremely helpful and due to product knowledge, able to assist me really well.

After spending time in the hospital getting cross matches of blood, it was a treat for us to be treated with such friendliness. We couldn't have asked for anything more. If when we get the mattress we have ordered we have as much pleasure out of that then we will be more than satisfied. Thank you for the hospitality we received.
