Angelo was superb. Gave us drinks. Listened to our questions and gave us first rate advice.

We were met inside the W'ton Bentley Bridge store by Sanjeev (Asst. Manager) who showed us the four beds with different coloured pillows which represented the various different types of mattresses that were available which I was pleased to know beforehand because I wasn't sure of exactly what I was looking for. After trying all of the 4 beds properly by lying and moving about on them and using one of the pillows Sanjeev suggested, I found the type of mattress I liked. After entering the store and only intending to buy a mattress, we ended up buying the whole bed complete with 2 drawer divan base and two of the Therapur Actigel pillows!

From the outset of our visit to Dreams we found that the Sales Assistant "Angelo" brilliant...he dealt with us in a kind and friendly manner and was never pushy but very understanding of our needs..yet so helpful. His knowledge of the products were outstanding which guided us in our purchase of a great bed. We would definitly return and recommend to friends and family. Thanking you for your honesty...it was a joy to deal with Angelo and the Manager !!!! Many Thanks ( Pillow Talk !!! Say no more....Coffee and biscuits were so much appreciated You made our day. got what i wanted

The assistant store manager Sanjeev was very helpfull and pleasant. Nothing to much trouble for him.

Ordering was quick and easy. Angelo understood what we were after and advised us of the options available. No hassle, just friendly. Offered refreshments even though we were not in the store too long. Pleased with the price - we even had extra things we were not planning on buying bit still within our price range. Delivery booked there and then instead of having to wait too long.

I HAD TO SPEND VERY LITTLE OF MY VALUABLE TIME IN MAKING A CHOICE ARRANGING DELIVERY AND PAYING FOR THE GOODS. THE STAFF WERE ATTENTIVE WITHOUT BEING OVERPOWERING AND HAD GOOD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

Staff were extremely helpful. A very quick and easy process and the delivery date was so quick. Also the offer to remove my old mattress. My new mattress arrived on time early this morning. I struggled to complete the bagging of my old mattress on my own but the delivery guys were great and did it for me. Thank you Dreams I can now have a goognights sleep again x
