very pleased with the assistance - not pushy but very very helpful - showing us the best products with a knowledge of what was best for us - colours, beds and mattresses. very good knowledge of explaining about the different types of mattress and what would be best for us, also even offered us a cup of tea (which you dont get anywhere these days )

I went to the store to try a bed I had seen on the internet before I decided if I wanted to buy it. I was approached by Sharon who asked If I need assistance I accepted the offer and told her what I was looking for she asked the manager if one was available they had one in the store room which was brought into the shop for me to try while this was being done Sharon made me a coffee while I waited a few minuets. I tried the bed which was not firm enough for me so Sharon showed be a few more but not what I likes then she surgested I try the Mline Slow Motion 7 mattress & pillow I fell in love with them and placed the order. Thank you Sharon you knew exactly what I wanted.

Sharon understood what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction and explained the positive and negative points of items that I was interested in. She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help.

No pushy salesmen, just friendly & helpful staff. The cup of tea was nice!. Even those staff who were not actually involved in my purchase were friendly and helpful.
