Dreams - Wolverhampton

Greeted once we were in the store. Had looked on internet and found a product which we were shown & explained it was the entry level. Angelo discovered our needs (firmness) & the type of bed we had at present. He then showed us the appropriate beds & we tried them. He then showed us other beds in store. With each bed he replaced the pillow with one we liked. We were then left to discuss how we felt (& what we were going to spend). Once we had decided the ordering went well. A pleasant cup of coffee too!

We weren't hassled when we went in initially and were allowed to browse until we requires assistance. There was no heavy sales pitch and our needs were always at the forefront of the assistant's mind.

Completely satisfied today with the help that I received whilst in store today from Angelo and his help made the experience easier and quicker. I wasn't forced to buy anything I was given time to browse around the store and asked to ensure that the product I was going to buy was the correct one by being asked to test it. At the point of sale, Angelo explained how the home delivery will work and all subsequent rights we have to change anything should feel the need to. Many thanks from Michael Jones

The Dreams team at Bentley Bridge are incredibly friendly; professional, helpful and cheerful without being too pushy. Jason who completed our sale kindly took the time to explain a range of things and even offered us a choice of bed bases that we hadn't previously considered and which we ended up buying. Delivery dates were flexible and timely and the additional support from 2 of Jason's other colleagues in store the day before when we were browsing was equally valued - especially the offer of a drink on a hot day! This is the 3rd purchase from this branch of Dreams and we will gladly return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a first class service!

Staff very helpful

From when I walked in the store was very well spaced, it had a good selection due to the stores size and the staff was ready and available when I needed them. I went to the store opposite new cross hospital. I was served by a very nice sales assistant called Jason, he was very helpful, mentioned the different types of matrices advised about the way they work and each ones benefits. Over all was very easy to talk to and was able to have his conversation about the usual sales talk regarding the extras and costs including the benefits in a way that did not seem like someone just trying to sell more on top of what a customer wanted. You have a very good employee working for you and I for one if to return for more similar goods would like to be served by Jason.
