Dreams - Wolverhampton

After visiting the store at Bentley bridge in wolverhamtpon, we were over the moon with our purchase. Sanj and James were very helpful, had good product knowledge and were able to answer any questions we had regarding our bed. We have reccomended to our family and friends. And will most definitely return in the future.

James at the wednesfield store was extremely knowledgable and helpful he did everything he could to help nothing was too much trouble

Product knowledge and range. Someone to talk to straightaway

The overall knowledge of the shop assistant called Sharon was excellent, not only did she very quickly explain the order in which the specific beds were identified but new all about the specific makeup of the product. She was able to save us money on extras such as pillows, mattress protectors and a duvet set. If that wasn't enough all of my family was offered a hot drink which was presented in nice clean cups. We were also asked if we needed any help in carrying the purchases to the car. Well done Dreams at Bentley Bridge and thank you for your assistance.

We were greeted when we walked into the store and were offered assistance. The individual was personable and accompanied us to the area of the store for the product we were interested in and showed us the relevant product.

There were a good choice of beds to choose from and our sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable

Jason and "Slim" his manager were excellent. Jason, in particular was patient, helpful and I could not have wished for beter customer service. This man went "above and beyond" to help me find a suitable mattress, and even took me quite a long way to another store to see mattresses, when the Wednesfield baranch had not got a suitable one for my needs (for adjustable bed). This store deserves a commendation for their excellent customer service - in particular Jason could not have wished for better.

Very friendly and helpful staff showed us a variety of different beds and mattresses, was able to try them out and make sure we made the right choice.
