The Customer Servive advisor Sharon was most courteous and helpful, showing patience as we decided upon the appropriate purchase for our needs. We found her efficient, and well able to answer any queries we had regarding the purchase, she arranged an appropriate delivery time and advised regarding insurance for the items we purchased.

Assistant was very polite and helpful, and the store stayed open even though it was past closing time

The high level of service from Jason in the store in Bentley Bridge was so good to receive. His knowledge of the products and the consideration to my 82 year old mother was heart warming.

Although the store was busy we received attention within a few minutes of entering. The sales assistant asked us exactly what we were looking for and then went on to fully explain how to choose what to look for in the samples we were about to test. And then told us he would leave us alone to make our mind up. But if we required further help just ask. And this we did and as soon as we had made our mind up to purchase I gained his attention and he then talked us through the choice we had made. Excellent service

Brilliant service from the minute we walked into the store, our daughter is also only 2 and a little loud and the staff were brilliant with her ☺ we left the shop feeling satisfied with our purchase abd very quick delivery.

First time l've used Dreams,l was impressed with the store(this isn't easy with myself working in retail management)Your staff where friendly and knowledgeable (pushy staff turn my interest off)your sales staff reacted well to my wife's needs and inquires,he knew when not to push a product and this gave us confidence to trust his advice,He listened well to our needs and pointed out products directly to our needs.We were happy and ordered so your staff did well as we didn't plan to buy from Dreams as we usually visit a number of stores before placing a large ticket order. So if we're happy with the product we ordered we'l go back to Dreams in the future.

Sanj was excellent - friendly, helpful, respectful. Made us a cup of tea and let us take our time, giving us the facts and not doing a 'hard sell'.

The service from sanj was exactly what you would want from a salesman. All the products available were explained in detail according to what we were looking for. We didn't feel pushed or rushed. We ended up buying exactly what we needed and very happy with the purchase.

We weren't jumped on as soon as we entered the store. However we we asked if we needed any help, which we did. We had help choosing the right mattress for us. All our questions were answered without any hesitation. Sharon and Slim new exactly what we were talking about and gave superb knowledge on what we were choosing to purchase. Not once were they overbearing or pushy with the sale. We were offered drinks, which was a very nice touch as we were very hot at the time. We have total confidence with our choice of bed and mattress. All the terms and conditions were explained really easily. The store is bright and welcoming when you enter with plenty of room to go from bed to bed to try them out. It turned out that Sharon sold us our previous bed many years before!! Overall the experience in store was very professional and extremely friendly and we would definitely recommend the Dreams Store at Bentley Bridge, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton.
