Sharon the lady who dealt with us in store was really helpful and very patient with the good lady!! who couldn't make her mind up without assistance. She had very good product knowledge on every product we inquired about her assistance was very much appreciated. The store at Bentley Bridge has a very good manager also Slim he makes you feel welcome in the store also!! the staff are a credit to Dreams.

We couldn't be happier with out purchase. From first walking into the store to our bed being delivered, the service was excellent. Special thanks to Sanjeev at the Bentley Bridge store, he managed to keep our one year old daughter entertained whilst giving his expert knowledge on which type of bed was best for us. We will be back very soon to get our matching bedside drawers!

The Assistant was fantastic. His name was Sanj and he welcomed us to the store, gave advice and then allowed us to try options without feeling pressured whatsoever. He was informative and in my view a very good colleague to represent Dreams. There is nothing worse that being followed around a store by a sales hungry person but he just got this right.
