I was highly satisfied as I was shown a broad collection of mattresses until I found the one that suited my needs .the assistant Angelo was more than helpful as was the trainee Holly the company is in good hands

I had a really poor experience while placing my orders. Day 1 tried placing my order on the phone and system crashed but Jack at Wembley help as much as he could and we spent almost 1:20 hours on the phone. Next day system crashed again, Alex at Wembley helped as much as he could. Then spoke to Dwayne and some other guy on telephone, they tried helping but they weren’t as knowledgeable and we wasted almost half of my day on Thursday. Ultimately I went to Bentley Bridge Wolverhampton store where store manager Surinder finally helped me placed my order. Throughout this process I lost one bed I wanted to buy and wasted almost equivalent to a full day worth of time. I ended up spending more than what I had budgeted to buy 3 ottoman beds plus my experience was not great. The only saving grace were Jack and Alex at Wembley store and Surinder at Wolverhampton. I hope when I receive my beds I don’t have issues with the quality.

Hollie was very helpful. My daughter was after a new mattress, and she was taken to the mattress suggestion machine and was given medium-firm and she chose a firm mattress. Hollie took the time to explain all the ones my daughter tried, how they work and whether they were spring, foam or hybrid. Ordering, organizing delivery and paying were made all very easy.

Parking easily accessible,good start.product layout well thought out. Greeting from assistant immediate without pressure.Help when I needed it,full explanation of mats,result,sale.

Surindar (Slim) provided good advise and was very obliging with his time despite us running over the stores opening hours. would return back here.

Choice and the extremely helpful staff

I went into dreams to buy a new mattress to help with really bad back issues and i was greeted and looked after from the moment i walked into the store. I was looked after by BOBBY, he was very nice and well spoken offered me a drink helped find the right mattress for my needs and was very quick. I was in and out in no time. Great place great staff. There is no other store when it comes to buying a mattress. Go see bobby at bentley bridge leisure park.
