firstly went in for a quote regarding a new bed for a resident for where I work and on return the assistant remembered me straight away . Very pleased with the experience at dreams from start to finish.

We walked in ,were greeted by friendly staff which helped with purchase and sale went very smoothly

Because we did not feel rushed or pressured by any of the assistants and were comfortable wandering around the store un pressures trying any bed we were intrested with.We were also given a drink which we welcomed as we spend a fair time in your store debating which bed was for us.

salesman Jason was most helpful offering us refreshment,which we accepted ,on completing the sale he also gave us a pillow so that we experienced, the best sleeping position on the beds we tested. he was not a "pushy" salesman and it was a pleasure to do business with him and Dreams .
