Sharon, the staff that attended to us was very friendly and quite polite. She offered us drink which we initially turned down but she still took time to ask us again at another time which we found very useful . She was quite knowledgable about the products and gave options and tips that AIDS our decision. I think she is an excellent lady.

The sales assistant was very helpful The quality of the bed seems top notch. All went very smoothly The only thing I was annoyed about was the £39 delivery, seemed a bit steep after paying so much for the bed.

The Salesman Angelo was very adversed with the product which we purchased, there was not pressure put on my husband and I. The entire team where very polite and pleasant.

Staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Slim was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the process of buying a bed and bed settee, explaining everything as he went along. The whole experience was very pleasant , and Jason made us a great cup of tea. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.

It was just so simple. The sales assistant Angelo explained the different kinds of mattresses and we could try the mattresses to find what we liked, he also gave us a tempur cloud pillow to try which we were impressed with so bought a couple of those as well. Just an easy and fast experience with a knowledgeable friendly assistant.

Looking for a spare bed for my daughter's new flat (for us to sleep in)-and we needed to buy that day for delivery to Stroud- bed and the covers were in the sale- very good reduction. I have a very bad back and the assistant, Angelo was very helpful in helping us choose a suitable mattress. Offered us a drink too.

The assistant Angelo was very helpfull & very pleasant not pushy & left us to have a look on our own.

The assistant in the store, Angelo, was absolutely marvellousness. Nothing was too much trouble, we went in for 1 mattress and purchased 2 plus a headboard! If all assistants are anywhere near as good as Angelo, then Dreams must be congratulated on the standard of their recruitment

We were approached by Sharon when we arrived who was friendly and knowledgeable and gave helpful advice without being pushy, she was very pleasant to deal with. We thought about the quote she gave us and came back later where we saw Sanj the Manager who was also lovely, very friendly and professional. Wayne and Glenn who delivered my mattress were also very nice so all round it was a brilliant experience. I'm also pleased that I can exchange the mattress if I'm not happy.
