Dreams - Wolverhampton

I hate being hassled by sales people, I like to know they are there if I need help otherwise love me alone. When I needed information regarding lift up beds Sanjeev displayed he understood his product and advised according to my needs, not what he wanted to push. The bed we wanted was not on display however Sanjeev showed us a computer images and dimensions as this was a big bed to go in a small room so dimensions were important. We were so comfortable with his approach we decided to look for a king size mattress as well, again his knowledge was invaluable. My plan was to spend circa £400 but ended up spending almost £2000 this was purely down to Sanjeev's efforts and courtesy he afforded to me and my wife.

This is our third or fourth time we have been to your Bentley Bridge store and purchased goods, and once again we have received professional and friendly service from your staff. It makes our decision much easier, which means we do not need to go to any of your competitors. I was very satisfied with the overall experience. The Assistant Manager Sanj was very knowledgable about the products and we were offered tea and coffee.We will certainly shop there again, it all went smoothly from choosing the right bed to completing the purchase.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our initial visit was with a gentleman called James, he was incredibly helpful, not pushy and gave us lots of options to choose and recommend.

Welcomed to store and introduced to sales personal. Refreshments offered. Left to b rouse without being pushed. Sales person immediately available when asked for advice. Product knowledge excellent and aimed at our specific and individual needs. Delivery information and payment advice also excellent and tailored to our needs. Unrushed and made very comfortable. Fantastic service.

i went to buy a mattress and i was a bit nervous as i have been to other stores and have received bard service. However i was in your wolverhampton store when i walked in i was greeted and made feel welcomed the staff member asked what they can help me with and they pointed me to the right direction. They asked me who the mattress was for and i explained it was for my kids they went through different options and explained what was the benefits of each mattress. The one that i picked was a premium D mattress at that point they told me that if i don't mind they have a damage product where the packaging has been torn and has mark on the mattress at this point he showed me the mattress and i was happy to purchase the product has he assured me if there is any problems come back in and see him. I have honestly have to say this this young man is an asset to Dreams and i will be revisiting to purchases more products. I also work for in a retail environment where i look after 20 staff members as an area manager and i can only wish my team where like Slim once again please pass on my thanks to Slim and your CEO your Sincerely Victor Dhuphar
