Very kind,polite and friendly service and assistance in finding the perfect bed for my needs and my wife's needs as well. Price cold be a little expensive but affordable with finance and payment plan available yo help us through hard times.

We had a very good experience at dreams we couldn't fault a thing as soon as we walked in the store we were approached and asked if we needed anything but like some shops we was not pounced upon or pressured, sanj, was very very friendly and polite, we felt like he had all the time we needed for is so we would get the most possible out of our visit. He explained all the cover and insurances we could buy etc , and he explained the product very well. Basically he sold it to us literally!! We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive. I am confident enough to to say that anyone who is served and approached by sanj is going to receive the best possible customer service Thankyou very much to dreams and sanj!

Found want I was after quickly and the staff were friendly and didn't push me towards higher priced products

It was the first time I've ever visited dreams. Very friendly staff. I was with my partner and our young daugther of 2 years old who was offered a balloon by the sales assistant to keep her occupied when she was a bit restless. My partner and I were offered hot and cold drinks whilst having a look around the store. Very well laid out and was told about the various different beds available. Service was great and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

From the moment my wife and I walked through the door we were welcomed by Angelo who couldn't have been more helpful, polite and his professional advice was most welcome. At no stage did we feel pressurised but he was on hand with any answers to any questions we had. We only came in to buy a mattress but ended up buying the Evolution TV bed too, again under no pressure whatsoever from Angelo, but was on hand to give us all the options to enable us to make an informed decision. Anglo is an absolute credit to your company.

upon walking through the doors we were greeted with professional and friendly assistants willing to help. we had a browse round and Sanj then came to assist us in explaining difference between the colour coding and assisted us with purchasing a new mattress. we were dealt with quickly and efficiently and offered beverages to make our visit more comfortable. would definitely recommend to family and friends as service was excellent and efficient.
