staff attentive friendly offered tea/ coffee whilst had to wait a short time for computer access

From the moment my wife and I entered the store, both James (Sales assistant) and Slim the store manager did everything possible to ensure that our visit was as productive, informative and dare I say it as 'pleasurable' as possible. No pressure sales technique, just always available to answer any questions we may have.

Welcomed by Angelo as soon as we entered store and he informed us that he was here to help when needed,i liked that alot as we like to look first without pressure ,when we needed assistance he was available straight away and helped us professionally and in a friendly manner,the order process was good and comfortable for us , i like the sit down process with the assistant when ordering and paying for the items and i like the little add ons of reduced pillows and free bed cover with the insurance,overall was a highly satisfying experience .

Both Angelo and Jason were helpful, courteous and friendly without being pushy. They displayed a sense of humour and seem to enjoy working together. We have shopped here before and would return.

We liked the friendly, but not pushy, approach from all the staff. We liked the colour coding of the various mattresses, so that once you have found which type is what you want you only need to look for that to know it is the same type. Once we had got all the information we needed we sat down comfortably with a welcome cup of coffee and discussed the various ways to pay. We were happy to be told that we could have interest free credit as we are moving house and this leaves our cash free to pay out for all the bills and other costs that come with moving house. 'Slim' was the name of the man that served us.

Excellent friendly service. We were asked why we weren't ordering a bed from the furniture range we were ordering from ( because we wanted single day bed). The member of staff immediately told us you sold daybeds even though you had none on display. He showed us the range on the Internet and we purchased one! Saved us from trawling around other stores.

the staff at this store were very informative and courteous there was a short wait to get a free computer to process our order but we were offered refreshments while we waited! excellent!

I was highly satisfied because the team that work at this store were very close friends and that brought a very friendly atmosphere to the shop. The man who served us (slim) was very friendly and helpful and he honestly told us about opinions on the products due to his past experience. Plus one of the men there made the best cup of tea I've ever had.

Staff were friendly, at first when we arrived there was only 1 member of staff. Staff were polite and helpful, the store was easy to navigate and well set out.

I spoke with 3 people they were all very kind helpful polite and friendly, it's nice in this day and age to find, so I would glad to pass this on to my family and friends. Thank you
