Dreams - Wolverhampton

My mom and I were greeted as soon as we entered the store & offered a drink. The salesman (Slim) was very knowledgeable & helpful & he did his best to help my mom who is 75 choose the mattress that best met her requirements.

We went to "look" today at buying a new mattress An assistant came over called Angelo, he wasn't "pushy" but can he serve...I employ 20 staff and I am an MD...my husband also has his own business so we know good salespeople and staff when we see them. Angelo is a credit to Dreams and would be an asset to any Company..While we were buying the goods we also spoke to a further two members of staff who were just as friendly and they weren't even serving us. Angelo answered every question we asked with confidence and enthusiasm....We get so used to being served sometimes by people who don't really like what they are doing and it really shows...(we went to another bed store previously)then you get served by someone like Angelo....We ended up buying the mattress and the Tempur cloud pillows that we didn't originally even think we were going to buy today but didn't even want to consider buying from anywhere else after the service we got.. Excellent visit and we will definitely recommend Dreams at Bentley Bridge.

We were served by Angelo. What a thoroughly nice man he is. Listened, advised and placed our order with ease. He was friendly and that's something I always look for. He is a credit to Dreams.

Angelos product knowledge and support from the store manager was excellent, it was so nice to be in a pleasant atmosphere, a bright clean store, with a great array of products categorized properly so that we could see/try the type and size of mattress we want. Angelo assisted us greatly in knowing what the color codes were and we were left to try some out, when Angelo saw our confusion he knew to step in a guide us further. This resulted in a most satisfactory purchase and hopefully a trouble free delivery next week.
