Given time and space after initial explanation of comfort by colour, Jason is Highly knowledgeable , friendly and patient. Makes a great cup of coffee .

Jason the sales person introduced us to the store, we were asked if we needed any help on arrival and were pointed in the right direction. Jason spent time discussing the product that we were interested in ( I'd already looked on website so we knew what were looking for) and we were left alone to test the mattresses then Jason came back to tell us about the product and the difference in each one in store. We never felt under pressure and are looking to return to the same store ( Bentley bridge) to purchase a new bed. We were offer beverages and a sample pillow to try when testing out the tempur mattresses. Couldn't fault our experience and would recommend to family and friends. In fact it was a work colleague that recommended you to us. Keep up the good work ..

Ide gone in with my mum and 2yr old son for a mooch!! James your staff didn't aproach us as soon as we walked in. We were allowed to look first. I instantly fell in love with "nelson". It was then that James came over. He answered my questions regarding stock, finance and ordering. I asked to see reviews on bed he even pulled them up on the instore tv for me. My decision was made. I just had to go home and discuss with husband before I could commit to buy. (I'm a good wife get permission first before I spend ) We passed the wednesbury branch later on in day and husband said to go in there to purchase. I said no and that I wanted to go back to bently bridge and that it's only fair that James got the sale.

Angelo from the Wednesfield store was very attentive and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured and he spent quite a while with me as I wasn't sure what I wanted. He was very friendly and nothing ease took much problem for him.

After describing what i wanted i was shown to the divan bed and mattress. No problems at all, it was a smooth shopping experience.
